Ingredients

  • 6 Beef Burgers

  • iceberg lettuce

  • 2 apples

  • 120g stilton

  • olive oil

  • 6 burger buns

  • garlic

Method

  1. Get the burgers out the fridge and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Rub the seasoning in and bring to room temperature.

  2. place the burgers on the grill and cook as desired.

  3. once they are almost cooked crumble stilton on the burger and let melt.

  4. cut open a breadbun and place slices of lettuce and apple on the bottom half.

  5. place the meat on top of the lettuce and apple then place the top half on the bun ontop.
