Fried Chicken Schnitzel
Ingredients
olive oil
4 rashers streaky bacon
4 chicken breasts butterflied
100 ml white wine
salt
pepper
mushrooms
Method
Put the oil in a frying pan and add the streaky bacon.
Fry till the streaky bacon is crispy.
Remove bacon from pan.
place chicken in the frying pan then season and fry till the outside is golden.
Remove the chicken and fry the mushrooms.
add the bacon and mushroom back into the pan and add the wine, fry until wine has reduced slightly.
